Lagos State House of Assembly holds a Public hearing on A BILL FOR A LAW TO REPEAL THE LAGOS ELECTRIC POWER SECTOR REFORM LAW 2018. Some sections of the bill will address DEVELOPMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE LAGOS ELECTRICITY MARKET, ELECTRICITY LICENCES, GENERATION, TRANSMISSION and TRADING LICENCES. The bill when passed into law will establish the Lagos State Electrification Agency and the Lagos State Electrification fund for the delivery of reliable and electricity supply to the unserved and underserved areas of the state.
