A lot of people are playing Annie globally but building her quite poorly for X situations, quick video trying to explain some stuff + how order of operations works in League (Mpen / % mpen / etc). Today Darkwings built really poorly and lost hundreds of damage per fight for it. Ultimate hunter is also so fake on her(and most champs), stop taking it. Also Protoplasm is an absolutely disgusting item but proper video on that later.
