I’m riding for Yazzy who is terminally ill and I received a wonderful message from her last night. 💙🙏 Please repost this for greater reach, let us let Yazzy know she is loved and the bravest little soldier. We are 7 days into our epic Trans Karoo Spirit Ride across our beautiful country and 8th night in a different hotel bed. 700km finished. Today we ride from BarryDale to Montagu and tomorrow we finish in Blouberg strand at 12 and prepare for the Cape Town Cycle Tour to cap off an amazing ride across South Africa. What a wonderful experience with 14 wonderful gentlemen from Rotary Clubs of Empangeni and Mtunzini. Yazzy is being looked after by a palliative care home called the Butterfly Home. Please help me raise money for them to do more wonderful work for orphaned or abandoned children in KZN who have life limiting diseases.

Well done SuperSport 🏆 for once again removing my personal content I filmed in the Sharks Rugby Club stadium last night and getting me a second warning from Instagram and Facebook. Now I’m posting the entire video here to show you that it is my content and I can prove with the meta data that it is mine. Anyone know if they would be precious about the screen showing feed but surely this cannot be copyright?
