🇮🇪 Irish PM Micheál Martin tells me Ireland is “not overrun” by immigrants -- as nearly 1 in 4 residents are now foreign-born. In an exclusive interview at Fox News in New York, I pressed the prime minister on immigration, asylum, crime, Ireland’s housing crisis — and the killing of Irish-American Jamey Carney. 🇺🇸 Martin acknowledged failures in Ireland’s asylum system, saying it “was too slow” in processing applications, but said the government has since accelerated applications and appeals. On crime, Micheál Martin said he was open to publishing crime statistics by nationality, while pushing back on linking crime to nationality. 📊 “I’m not so sure that murder or crime is specific to any nationality, if I’m honest,” the Taoiseach said. “I have no issue with data… As far as I’m concerned, data is important.” Martin called it a “shocking, shocking murder” and said Ireland is looking at tightening its laws, including moving faster when asylum applications are rejected. At the same time, Martin defended legal migration as “part of the Irish economic story,” pointing to Ireland’s expanding economy and demand for skilled workers from across the EU and beyond. 🇪🇺 🇺🇸 The comments come after President Trump warned during his Ireland visit about Europe’s approach to immigration. 🎥 1/3 on immigration from my Fox News Digital interview: Full story here ⬇️ 🔗

🇮🇪🇮🇱 Irish PM Micheál Martin tells me why Ireland has taken such a tough stance on Israel — and what’s behind the country’s strong response to the war in Gaza. In an exclusive interview at Fox News in New York, the Taoiseach condemned Hamas’ Oct. 7 terrorist attack and defended Israel’s right to exist. He called Israel’s military response in Gaza “absolutely disproportionate” and pressed Israel to “change strategy.” I also asked Micheál Martin whether anti-Israel sentiment in Ireland has crossed into antisemitism. “We have no toleration for antisemitism, none," he said. ⚽️ Those tensions have now spilled onto the soccer field as Ireland’s players held a dramatic last-minute vote over whether to boycott today’s game against Israel amid mounting pressure at home. 🎥 Part of my exclusive Fox News Digital interview: Full story here 🔽

🏠 I pressed Irish PM Micheál Martin on the pressure Ireland’s rapidly growing population is putting on housing — and whether Irish citizens should get priority for social housing. Martin acknowledged the demographic change has been “very dramatic.” But he said: “You can’t switch off an economy either.” I also asked Micheál Martin about figures showing 42% of households on Dublin’s social-housing waiting list were foreign nationals. “Our position is basically citizens get priority in terms of housing.” He also put Ireland’s transformation in historical context, pointing to the mass emigration that followed the Irish Famine. 🥔☘️ “Ireland had 8 million people in 1845 before the Great Famine. That led to the big wave of Irish people migrating to come to America.” 🇺🇸 His answer to the housing crunch? Build more homes to match the growth in population. 🏗️👷♀️ 🎥 3/3 on immigration from my Fox News Digital interview: Full story here ⬇️

🇮🇪🇺🇸 "He's tough... he had some choice words for us." That's how Irish Prime Minister Micheál Martin described President Donald Trump as he discussed the president's 'America First' push to bring U.S. multinational investment back to the U.S. 🇺🇸 📈 "He's certainly had success." But Martin said Ireland's response is to become "more competitive." 🇮🇪 "Competition is a good thing... we respond and make ourselves fitter and more nimble and agile." The Taoiseach said Ireland believes it can continue attracting American companies through less bureaucracy, a pro-enterprise environment, a highly skilled workforce and strengths in pharmaceuticals, medical devices and technology. 👨💻 🎥 On the U.S.-Ireland economy and investment from my Fox News Digital FOX Business interview. NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani is facing growing backlash from Muslim activists --- with protesters set to gather Tuesday night outside Gracie Mansion accusing the mayor of promoting what they describe as an extreme form of Islamism. ☪️🪧 Meanwhile, hardline anti-Israel activists attack him for saying Israel has the right to exist. 🇮🇱 “With Mamdani in office, we feel our religion is now hijacked once again and is being used by these Islamists,” protest organizer Anila Ali Anila Ali told Fox News Digital. Ali, president of the American Muslim & Multifaith Women’s Empowerment Council, accused Mamdani of worsening tensions between Muslims and Jews in New York through anti-Israel rhetoric and divisive politics. Hardlime anti-Israel activists criticized Mamdani for acknowledging Israel’s right to exist and accused him of softening his stance after taking office. The growing divide has turned Mamdani into a flashpoint in a broader political battle playing out across the U.S., where anti-Israel activism, Islamist movements and far-left protest groups increasingly overlap. #mamdani #israel #protest #graciemansion

🚨 DELANEY HALL ‘MUTUAL AID’ STATION Here’s more footage of what Hasan Piker described as a “mutual aid” station at the anti-ICE protest outside Delaney Hall. The area was stocked with helmets, hard hats, face coverings, masks, gloves, duct tape, medical supplies, food and water. There were also supplies such as food, wipes, wheelchairs, and other items for rioters. ⛑️😷🩹📦 When I began filming one group gathered around the station, a voice can be heard saying “turn around” and they quickly huddled together. Moments later, a woman approached me and asked, “Can I help you?” I said, “yeah it looks like you’re getting ready for something serious to go down right?” That’s before another agitator wearing a gas mask broke from the group and rushed toward me. They grabbed my phone and tried to break it. Why were “peaceful protesters” so concerned about being filmed? 🎥 Video below

🚨 NEWARK, N.J. — The scene outside Delaney Hall is noticeably calmer around 5 p.m. Saturday as authorities use new security measures to keep demonstrators separated. 🚔 🛠️ The biggest change from previous days is a newly erected fence outside the facility, creating a physical barrier around the protest area. 📢 Anti-ICE demonstrators, who have maintained a near-constant presence outside Delaney Hall throughout the week, remain gathered near the facility Pro-ICE protesters have all but left with the Proud Boys leaving about two hours ago. 👮 State and local law enforcement officers are also positioned between protesters and the detention center, forming a buffer zone that appears designed to prevent the tense confrontations and chaotic scenes that unfolded outside the facility in recent days. ⚠️ The combination of fencing and a heavy police presence appears to be reducing tensions as the demonstration continues into the evening.
