I had the honour of standing in for the parents of ASP F.C. Egbunike yesterday at the Passing Out Parade and Presidential Commissioning Ceremony of Regular Course 7. In the absence of her father and mother, I proudly represented the family and decorated her with her new rank, as conferred by the President and Commander-in-Chief. It was a privilege to play the role of her parents on this remarkable day.
