I am on my journey to different States of India to spread the truth about the current crisis in Manipur. Yesterday I was completely shocked on seeing the photos of Linthoinganbi and Hemanjit, so I had an urgent press meet today. It was a very unfortunate incident and I strongly condemn it, to the highest level. At a viral video before, whole world came forward to condemn it. But when Linthoinganbi and Hemanjit was killed brutally, all have became silent spectators. Is it because they were Meiteis? Where have all the kuki CSOs gone, who have been shouting that they dont harm or attack innocents and have been acting like a peace keeping force. That’s the difference between the two communities. They are for god shake minors. Is the Kuki community going to say that they are terrorists? In various incidents the Meiteis saved lots of Kuki students who are left stranded and sent in safe side. This is a barbaric act. And to the 10 Kuki MLAs, they have neither condemned or said anything. They are not fit to be called as leader of Manipur. What they see is only seperate administration. So please go to Mizoram as you will never get it. When people mention Kuki Narco Terrorists, why are they so astounded? They seems like not innocent anymore. So, i appeal to the Manipur Government to take strict action against them according to law. We have been living like an orphan for the past 5 months. We , the Meiteis, have been respectful to the law of the land and have been abiding by it. But the time may come, very soon when we may forget that there is even a law or a Government in Manipur. Please, we are children of India. I met Shri Om Birla, the Speaker of the Lok Sabha at his residence today. What I want to say is, I can’t stay idle now. It is now or never. I met him because he is one of the prominent law maker of the country at the moment. Our community leaders should not stand still now or just an onlooker sitting idle. Everyone can play their own role in this fight for our community. There is no reason to be an onlooker when our own blood is at stake. I am on my way to Kota to meet Shri Om Birla, the Speaker of Lok Sabha at his residence. I wanted to meet him at Delhi, but due to the prevailing situation, I couldn’t wait and I feel that it is very urgent to meet him as he is one of the prominent member of the Parliament. I can’t stand by waiting for someone now as it is very crucial. It is neither time for politics nor to work for a political party. It is time to fight for our community. Our community comes first for me above all. Let us together work for our community because without an identity everything is pointless. As Shri Rajnath Singh, Hon'ble Union Defence Minister have conveyed that he have ordered the Indian Air Force to destroy the poppy fields, it is very much needed for the concerned authorities to carry out his instructions. I have arrived in Jaipur, Rajasthan and met with many renowned organisations of Rajasthan. And we are having a conference tomorrow at Kasha Kothi and we need to aware all the Indians of how this current crisis started in Manipur. It's the only medium from that the truth will be known by all Indians. I won’t turn around until every Indian is against the Narco Terrorists. From many directions, many have been trying to shut my mouth for speaking the truth, but it won’t silence me. I will stand for the truth and will fight against those Narco Terrorists and illegal immigrants until they are completely wiped out from Manipur. I also request all the Leaders of Manipur to come together for Manipur and for our Indigenous people of Manipur. It's not time to dance to the tune of our central Political leaders. We must tell the ground reality of Manipur and they must react according to the situation . It is time to fight together for our Indigenous people and for our State. I do feel that, it's high time for leaders to come together and work collectively for one interest.

A press conference was held with the Meitei Supporters of Lucknow at Uttar Pradesh Press Club, Lucknow. Davnesh Dixit also took part in the press conference and spoke in support of the Meiteis. I exposed the truth regarding the current crisis in Manipur and showed the photos and videos of the current crisis. I also showed the video of how two Meiteis were brutally killed by the Kukis. When meiteis protested, it is truly a peace protest and we never include any weapon in our protest. But when Kukis protests or organise a rally or make any video, they always show lots of sophisticated weapon. The literal meaning can be that, they want to show that they have many weapons and they don’t care neither the State Government nor the Indian Government. Meiteis are a peace loving community and have been living with other communities under a Meitei King. But after merger with Bharat in 1949 and after the arrival of Indian Constitution in 1951, the Meiteis were not listed in Schedule Tribe list though we are Forest Hindu Tribe. In census of 1891, A general report, page 194, Manipuris were recorded as forest tribes. Census of 1901, Volume 1, page 121 documents Manipuri under the Province of Assam as the main tribe of Manipur. Census of 1931 volume 1, page 430, para 181 clarifies Manipuris as wholly as Hindu Tribe but retaining their distinctive language and culture. Imperial Gazatter of India Provincial Series-Eastern Bengal and Assam and Gazatter of Bengal and North East India 1909, records Manipuri(Meitei) as one of the Principal Tribe of North East India. In 1950 the Schedule Tribe list was prepared and the Meiteis was excluded from the list which came out in 1951 census. Furthermore, in 1960 with the coming of the MLR Act, the meiteis was allowed to live in just 8 percent of the total land of Manipur. It is indeed violation of the Right to Equality and Right to Live in our own state, which is our Fundamental Rights given by the Indian Constitution. The current Kukis’ act is not just against to the Meiteis or against Manipur Government but it is also against Indian Government. So, Chin Kuki Narco Terrorists and illegal immigrats should be removed from all over India.

I am completely shocked on hearing the assassination of Anand, SDPO Moreh by a sniper of the Kuki Militants. It shows a complete failure of the security. The Manipur Police has been playing a vital role in this crisis for our people of Manipur. But why is central Government and the State Government still an onlooker in this issue. Whom are we to trust when even the security forces’ lives are at stake. Where is the thousands of Central Forces and paramilitary forces? Why is Manipur entertaining them till date if they are of no use. The Home Minister, the NIA and the Governor of Manipur have already told that there is external aggression. So, isn’t it the duty of the Government to protect the Indian Citizens? So, who is going to give orders to stop this agression? We the citizens are confused of whom to trust. Don’t invite for a lawless society because we are a law abiding citizen. Both the Governments knows that Moreh is already a disturbed area. So who is going to take the responsibility? The Central or State Government or those who are security incharges? Please don’t confuse the citizens. I also urge the State Government to act NOW. It is NOW or NEVER. Please leave aside political parties or your Seats. I urge every leader to stand up for the cause to save Manipur and its indigenous people, together.

Today I met the Hon'ble Education Minister of Manipur regarding a book which was prescribed as History book for Class XI syllabus of Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur. That book, named History of Manipur. It was written on page 9 Heading “The Kukis” second paragraph second line, that some Kuki Tribes migrated to Manipur hills in pre historic times. But according to ‘Manipur and Naga hills (1896)’ by Major Sir James Johnston, page 45, it was written that the term Kukis was heard between 1830 to 1840. So, the quote mentioned in the mention textbook is completely wrong to use the term "pre-historic". Therefore, I strongly urged to our Hon'ble Education Minister to completely ban this book which is still readily available in the market and make a press release or order from the Government side as the mentioned statement was taught for years to the Students. Further, there is also a conspiracy to include Anglo Kuki War in Delhi University's syllabus. It is already said by Ministry of Home Affairs that that there is no Anglo Kuki war 1917-1919. I will further inquire about it and will urge to take strict action against those who are related in this conspiracy.

Today I met Shri Kuldiep Singh, Security Advisor, Govt of Manipur. The following are the the questions arised and discussion done in his office. The questions and agendas and his answer are: 1. The NIA, in their statement have said that, four Kuki Militant groups are behind the current unrest in Manipur. They are KNA, ZRA, KNF (Nehlun Faction) and UKLF. Out of the 4, two of them are under SoO agreement. The NIA also added that, the Chin Kuki Zo militant groups in Myanmar are funding the militants in Manipur for procuring arms and ammunition which are totally against the agreement. The NIA also added that, they are funding the Manipur based militants to create a separate state of the Chin Kuki Zo people with parts of Manipur, Bangladesh and Burma. In this regard, I urge to you to give details of what steps are talked and what the government is planning to stop this. He replied that, he knows the SoO militants are not following the ground rules. Even at the Khamenlok incident, he said that only 3 cadres are found in their camp. This clearly shows the involvement of the Kuki SoO Militants in the attack. Regarding this I further asked if the SoO agreement can be abrogated or not as they are not following the ground rules. He replied that he has already submitted the factual ground report and it is the decision of the higher authority for abrogation of the SoO agreement with the Kuki SoO Militants and the Indian Government. 2. On 15th August, 2023, many youths were holding and displaying automatic weapons and parading in open ground at Churachandpur District. The Manipur Government had announced for investigation. Please give in details, the progress of the investigation or any recovery of the arms, if made. He replied that the arms were just a replica. But I told him that firing by the Kuki Militants till date is not just a replica and urged to take up necessary actions. 2. In valley areas, recovery of arms and ammunitions are at full swing by holding combing operations and through various check points set up by the Government. Please commence it unbiasedly for confidence to both the hill and valley people alike so that they don’t loose their trust to the Government. He replied that combining operations are being conducted in par in both Hills and the Valley. Arms and ammunitions are being recovered from the Hill areas too. In this regard, I urged him to held press conferences regularly so that the public have knowledge and have full confidence and trust in the functioning of the Government. 3. Please take up necessary steps to stop poppy plantation. It will play a major role to stop the menace of drug, particularly among the youth. I have already met Hon’ble Chief Minister regarding this. He assured to stop it and put an end to it as he has already launched a War on Drug ls campaign. He replied that he will be very happy to destroy all the illegal poppy plantation in Manipur if Hon’ble Chief Minister of Manipur asks him. 4. Yesterday the relaxed curfew in Moreh town was called off as full curfew was imposed as unknown miscreants tried to bulldoze burnt meitei hoses and shops. Please give details of the steps taken up to prevent it so that the people of Manipur know about it and have faith in the Government that the Government is still here to protect its citizens. He replied that there is strict instruction from the Chief Minister to avoid further loss of the Meitei proprties and he has already sent RAF to prevent it and stringent action will be taken up against the miscreants. 5. Persons related to the brutal killing of Hijam Linthoinganbi and Hemjit has been arrested. The Government has assured to recover their bodies or part of them. Please do the needful to accelerate the process so that their last ritual rights can be completed. He replied that search operations are underway and the dead bodies will be recovered very soon.

I have reached Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh which is one of the largest state of India. I have met with Shri Rajnath Singh, Hon’ble Union Defence Minister and MP of Lucknow at his residence today along with Meitei Supporters. The reports submitted to him are: 1) To stop the terrorist activities done by Chin Kuki Narco Terrorists and Myanmar based Terrorists. 2) To stop external aggression as it is a national threat issue to every Indian. 3) The Meira Paibis was a symbol of women empowerment and guardians of Manipur. They play a major role in the society. The allegations made by some media house to the Meira Paibis that that they are providing hindrance to the forces are all void. 4) Our Meira Paibis was just trying to safeguard our motherland Manipur. 5) The meira Paibis just come out on the road as their near and dear ones could have been killed by kuki terrorists as many terrorists activities were carried out by kuki terrorists at innocent meiteis in different area. The state government also wants to end the SoO with the Kuki Militants. So, I urged the Union Defence Minister to end the SoO agreement with the Kuki Militants ASAP and implement NRC in quick time. The Hon’ble Union Defence Minister expressed his seriousness over the current crisis in Manipur. Rajnath singh also told that he is in contact with the Prime Minister of India most of the time to take up necessary action to bring back peace in Manipur . I also urged all the leaders to express the truth to the Central Government collectively and the only one’s fact can be known by everyone. I do agree that we must give respect to them. It's not the right time to follow all their statement with ‘Yes SIR ‘ . It's time to narrate all the truth and every leader must be known about what is happening in Manipur. A protest was held at Ajmer in front of the Ajmer Collector office along with the Meitei's supporters of Ajmer and meitei's residing in Ajmer and many slogans were raised. The slogans were: 1. Chin Kuki Narco Terrorists should be removed from Bharat 2. Hindustan won't bear the torture to Meiteis 3. We support Meiteis for India. Many leaders and local people of Ajmer supported us and we gave a report of the Manipur issue to the collector . The root cause of the crisis was reported in detail and the Youth Leader of Ajmer, Bhagwat Singh, himself joined hand and promised to stand with the Meiteis. I promise that I will narrate the whole truth of the present crisis and the root cause to whole India. The Meiteis had been bringing name and laurels for India in the field of Sports, culture , Science etc. So, when the Meiteis, whole India should join hands to wiped out the Narco Terrorists and Illegal immigrants from India 🇮🇳. Rajasthan is largest state of India. So, I have come here to narrate the truth and join hands to fight against the infiltrators.

Yesterday, I filed a Zero FIR at Delhi Police Station against the Kuki terrorists who abducted and killed six innocent civilians from Manipur, including three women and three minors. These heinous acts deserve immediate capital punishment. The Indian law system must take swift action to maintain public trust. I won't rest until the Kuki terrorists face punishment . This heinous act will not be forgotten.

In connection with the Winter Session of the Parliament, I met Union Defence Minister, Rajnath Singh and Union Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment (MoS), Ramdas Athawale. In the meeting I raised the following concerns: 1) It has been 7 months since the current crisis started. It seems as if peace has been restored as stated by both the Governments. But it is not. The Kuki Militants are attacking the Meitei Villages whenever they want. The are misusing the SoO agreement from time to time. The Security Advisor of Manipur himself has said that the Kuki SOO Militants are taking part in this crisis. When I asked to abrogate the SoO agreement with the Kuki Militants, the Union Defence Minister replied that it is the duty of Home Ministry. I requested him to urge the Union Home Minister to execute the same as he himself is also a responsible Union Minister right now. 2) I also brought to the table that the Innocent Meitei villagers and women are lone defending their villages. Many innocent lives of the meiteis have been lost. Many were killed, both accounted and non accounted. There are lots of deployed forces here in Manipur right now. The villagers are now out of their jobs defending their villages, and as a result they are now struggling for their daily bread. 3) I also said that, the ground report should be reported by the representatives. Those who were elected from Manipur as Member of Parliament should not be silent at the moment. They should also raise concerns in the Parliament. Why were they elected as MPs. And they have to take up their responsibilities and power. 4) I also asked about using Indian Air Force for destruction of illegal poppy cultivation. The Union Defence Minister replied that the State is continuing the destruction of the poppy fields in almost all the districts. He also said that, due to the current crisis between the two communities he is hesitant to use air force as it may worsen the situation. So, he said to let the State Government to continue with their process. But I said that, destruction of Poppy Cultivation is not related to any community. The drug cartels should be uprooted. I also asked him not to relate the destruction of poppy with communities and requested him to help with the destruction of illegal poppy cultivation. 5) I also requested to announce ITLF, COTU and World Kuki-Zo intellectual Council as Unlawful organisations. They are the main reason behind this crisis and the Center don’t need to entertain them.

I met with different renowned organisations in Delhi regarding revokation of ST status from the Kukis in Manipur. They were never indigenous in Manipur and giving ST status to them is still a controversy. The organisations are on their way to join fight for this cause. Regarding for the same cause I had a press conference with President of MAHADEV SENA and his team. They have agreed to lend their full support for indigenous people .

In the valley, we Meiteis are living peacefully with all the indigenous people of Manipur till date. If we are living peacefully in the valley, why not in the hills. What I mean in my speech is about communal harmony between the indigenous people of Manipur. Some leaders or organisation are misinterpreting my voice to live with all the YELHOUMEES peacefully. Please refrain away from it. I have never referred to any community in my speech. Why I am imphasising Meiteis now is because of the present crisis between the indigenous Meiteis and the illegal Chin Kuki Narco Terrorists and illegal immigrants. Where is right to equality when we can't live in the hills as we are living in the Valley. My voice is about communal harmony between the indigenous people of Manipur. My point is just not living with the Meiteis in the hills, it is with all the indigenous people of Manipur equally. Continuing my journey against the Chin Kuki Narco Terrorists and illegal immigrants, I visited Wangoo awang leikai organised by Wangoo Awang leikai meira paibee. I was completely overwhelmed by the warm welcome of our beloved Wangoo citizens. The blessings of our "Emas" have given me more strength in this fight. We need to come together. Three points we need at the most now is: 1. Coming Together 2. Thinking Together 3. Working together If we all do these, no one can come against us. We need to not only fight these infiltrators, but we need to change some part of our system too. These illigal immigrants are misusing the Village Authority Act,1956. The Kukis are creating more and more villages in reserve forests. The legitimate right of ST status of our Indigenous tribal brothers and sisters are also being enjoyed by these illegal immigrants. It is as if they are getting visa on arrival. We, the indigenous people of Manipur should stand against this. They are not only snatching the land of our tribal brothers and sisters, but also snatching their rights. Manipur has become a heaven to the kuki illegal immigrants, which will hinder both the economy and rights of the rightful indigenous owners of Manipur. Please, let us work together of these common causes. There is no political differences for me. Those who love Manipur and working for the integrity are my friends and those against it are my enemy. Today I visited the residences of Phijam Hemanjit and Hijam Linthoingambi. I met the JAC against their killing too. My eyes were filled on meeting them and their parents and also near and dear ones too. The Government should take up stringent action and should recover their bodies at the earliest. The Kuki Terrorists are more than animals. I fully condemn their brutal killing of the two students. The community or communities who are not against this killing are not less than them.

Today I met our Hon'ble Governor of Manipur, Ms Anusuiya Uikey regarding the current crisis in Manipur. The Union Home Minister, Shri Amit Shah Ji in his statement in the parliament, said that the present crisis in Manipur is due to external aggression. The NIA in their statement have said that, four Kuki Militant groups under SoO agreement are behind the current unrest in Manipur. Hon’ble Governor yourself have also stated that, the crisis is because of external aggression. Recently an SDPO of Manipur Police was killed at Moreh by a Sniper. The identity of the assassin is now known to all. Previously, Moreh Town was announced as a disturbed area. So, why adequate measures are not taken up till date. So, if even the securities’ lives are at stake, how will the innocent people of Manipur be safe. And who is going to give orders to stop this aggression of the Militants? In a recent combing operation at Moreh, out of 44 persons 32 were from Myanmar. It clearly indicates that lots of illegal immigrants are already present in this area. It is the duty of the Indian Government to stop external aggression according to Article 355. So, for whom is the Government waiting for to stop this aggression. Anand, SDPO moreh was killed by a sniper. A village defender won’t have any sniper rifle. It is also a clear indication of involvement of external aggression. The Government should take up concrete steps to stop this. She said that, the Government is taking up necessary steps to stop this and there are lots of confidential information which the Government cannot reveal right now. The Intelligence Bureau and lots of intelligence departments are here to investigate. So, she requested to give some time. I stated that, the violence has been going on for the past 6 months and to speed up the action by the Government. I also said that it is not between two communities but is is the Meiteis versus the external aggression. The Security Advisor, Government of Manipur has also said that, at the Khamenlok Incident, only 2(Two) cadres of the SoO militant group are found in their camp. And it is a clear indication of the involvement of the SoO Kuki Militants in the attack. In the recent incident while performing a search operation in the designated camps, no cadres of UKLF and KNA are found at their camps. The NIA in their statement have also said that, four Kuki Militant groups under SoO agreement are behind the current unrest in Manipur. So, the Militant Groups under SoO agreements are continuously violating the ground rule. Why no steps are taken up yet to end the agreement? She said that it is a long process and the Government is working on it. I told her that the SoO agreement with the Kuki Militants is playing a vital role in worsening the current crisis so the agreement need to be abrogated as soon as possible. The people in the relief camps have been suffering for the past 6 Months. So, please take up strict necessary steps to make them able to go to their respective homes and also provide adequate security so as to enable them to lead a normal life as before. Even half of the people of Torbung have entered their home. Torbung is far away from Churachandpur town. So, I requested to take up necessary steps to let the people of Torbung enter their respective residences and provide adequate security. I stated that, in a viral video and a viral photo, Ngaleiba and Chingkheinganba were brutally killed by the Kukis. The killers are also shown in the photo and the videos. Two Meitei students namely Hijam Linthoingambi and Phijam Hemanjit were also brutally killed by the Kuki Militants. Please make an arrangement to give their bodies or even a part of them to perform their last rituals, at the earliest. Photos of them just before and after their murder were also surfaced on Social Media. I demand to arrest those involved in the brutal murders and also give capital punishment to those involved in these incidents.
