Chud modders found a way to cut 3,000 lines of Mags Carter dialogue in Gears of War: E Day, replacing them with Star Wars style beeps and boops. Now Marcus actually sounds like the leader. Still you have to pay players to play this subversive slop and I would still refuse.

In Gears of War: E Day, if you shoot near girlboss Mags Carter, she yells, “Hey, shithead, you ever heard of trigger discipline?” at the one and only legend, Marcus Fenix. Now, thanks to the new mod, she just says, “Beep boop.” This is the must-have mod banned from Nexus Mods.

Lara’s acrobatics were a core part of her character and her feminine style. Modern devs removed them on purpose, stripping her uniqueness and turning her into another uncharted. Here’s Tomb Raider Underworld set of movements.

Angrysoy swings at Asmongold and the chuds, claiming that Gears of War: E-Day’s female characters acting tough and looking manly is peak realism, and that you should be ashamed of yourself for criticizing it. Nice white-knight fallacy. Wallet closed.

Laura Freyre, a gaming industry veteran and one of the original members of the Xbox project, says Gears of War: E-Day sidelined Marcus and Dom’s hero journey by inserting Mags Carter and robbing players of what they actually wanted. After finishing the game, she believes the team simply didn’t make it for the original Gears of War target audience.

Watch this entire scene from "Ma'am of War: E-DAy. The camera focuses entirely on the female character. She silences her companions, naturally, since she's a veteran with extensive experience. Marcus is completely sidelined and takes the back seat. Then the developers scream while being laid off " What did we do"??? we are victims. We just wanted to see a strong female character experience a mental breakdown. Don't you want realistic PTSD? Why the target audience didn't show up? Where is my bonus??
