TAHAJJUD When you go in sujood, just stay there for a long. Most of the time, you'll be crying without saying anything, and that's how stress is released. It's the most expensive therapy anyone can afford. Prolonged sujood completely calms you down, you don't always need words.

This is exactly how your qadr chases you when the time comes. No one can surpass Allah’s command when He says "Kun." So, run after Allah, and your qadr will follow. You don’t need to chase anything or anyone but Allah. So, run, run back to Allah! Nothing else is worth chasing

Belief in Qadr is one of the six pillars of Iman. Every good or bad that happens is by Allah’s decree & we should submit to His command. Everything that happens is good for us. We may like what is bad for us & dislike what is good for us, only Allah knows the wisdom behind it.

For each of us, there is an ayah or surah we deeply connect with, one that becomes our motivation and a personal consolation from Allah. All we need is trust and sabr in Him. The Sheikh was childless for 7 years, and now, Alhamdulillah, he is the father of four. Never lose hope!

MY ASTAGHFAR MOTIVATION! When I was in severe depression last December, I asked Allah to cure my depression. The next morning, as I opened my phone, the first video I saw was this. I applied in my life, & my life changed. Every time I watch this video, I get the same motivation.

The way he said "Nothing is impossible" describing the same Rabb who did miracles for Musa A.S, Yunus A.S, Ibrahim A.S, in the Battle of Badr. Thinking about these brings tears to my eyes, because, despite Allah having answered 99 of my duas out of 100, I at times think otherwise
