Our new canvas is finally complete. We’ve rebuilt the Manyways experience for the coming future, around one unified workspace. Our suite of tools now feel like parts of the same product, with Sherwood beside you as you move through it. With the new space complete, we're back to implementation on a few pieces that near their finish. The following Manyways update will be the culmination of the tokenomics proposals and the feedback you’ve shared with us. Earlier this week, I wrote to you about where I want to take Manyways. An inference platform should ship inference, and that is the baseline, it's a doorway in. It should also put the inference it secures to work in beautiful, easy-to-use products, giving anyone curious a place to build, learn, and grow. We should be enabling, teaching, and equipping the very users that will become, or have already become, our customers. Our many product surfaces and features that have been spun up this week tackle a host of different issues, and depending on the user are fragmented or disconnected. Quiver, Quests, Adapters, Strategies, Field Notes, and our CLI has been building the foundation for turning your ideas into agents you can actually work with. Meet Sherwood, our agent builder, launchpad, and the core product we’ve been building to connect every surface of Manyways. After several days refining the experience, its skills, tools, wallets, and the infrastructure to support the volume we expect, Sherwood is now functional in preview. We’ll release it to production during this sprint. The video below is a first look. You describe what you want to accomplish, then work with Sherwood to shape an agent around it. All through a carefully designed harness that houses a thoughtful conversational workflow. We’ve deployed the new Manyways landing page as the first required step toward a new app experience coming today. A clearer way in needs to come first. Throughout the day, we’ll gradually roll out improved app components alongside Sherwood’s release phases, bringing everything in line with our new front door in one concurrent refreshed experience. We’re aiming to finish today with the full Sherwood experience: access to the Manyways suite through a single prompt, whether you’re building for the first time or already know your way around. Other updates: • Routing fixes recovered 15% of previously failed calls. • Updated external data gives models more relevant context to work with. • Buy-back and liquidity functions passed initial testing and are now being integrated into a dedicated smart contract that will receive the adjusted fee routing. • Ledger telemetry pipeline fix shipped and pushed to production • Expanded Sherwood’s ability to navigate and operate the app on your behalf, with improved throughput & response latency ahead of release.
