In Telavi, a young man , the groom’s brother at a wedding , was arrested after allegedly punching a Russian-speaking woman. He faces up to 3 years in prison. Also visible in the footage is the brother of the groom who was likewise trying to de-escalate the situation. This went on for at least 30 minutes before the incident escalated.
