It was around this time in 2022 that my team of international volunteers and Ukrainians soldiers fought in Severodonetsk, one of the toughest battles of the war. After chasing a Russian SF team for two days, we became trapped in a stairwell. We had an existencial choice: stay put and get shot by a tank, or descend and get shot by a sniper. I was incredibly fortunate to escape, but not everyone did. I described this battle in detailed in my book. See the comments.
