I see a lot of the strong baddies on here doing shoulder presses this way and wanted to give it a try. Im not sure my form is right so if you have any corrections let me know! 🙏

I’ve had a long day. Trying to do the math of the weight I hit for 3 reps but my brain is not braining. Whats 25lbs 3 times plus 15lbs on both sides total? 😣

I’m starting to notice something. I swore I only got 6 reps with this weight but I actually got what I wanted which was 8. I can’t be the only one who can’t count reps when they’re exercising 😂

Normally do dips with a 20 pound dumbbell btwn my legs but I hated how awkward it was. First time using the belt and I felt comfortable going heavier than I normally do. Was not expecting to dip 40lbs today 😅🥰🙏

Even though this isn’t a PR for me I thought it was worth posting because I haven’t lifted this weight since my hammy injury/pregnancy so I’m definitely happy with the progress made. What a blessing it is to be ABLE to lift !! 🥹🥰🥰🥰
