Normally do dips with a 20 pound dumbbell btwn my legs but I hated how awkward it was. First time using the belt and I felt comfortable going heavier than I normally do. Was not expecting to dip 40lbs today 😅🥰🙏

Even though this isn’t a PR for me I thought it was worth posting because I haven’t lifted this weight since my hammy injury/pregnancy so I’m definitely happy with the progress made. What a blessing it is to be ABLE to lift !! 🥹🥰🥰🥰
