Day 1 Newberry High School Football College Recruiting summer tonight! Tony Villani and I sat down a few weeks ago to come up with a summer session together. Both giving it a run with our schools… Today was Day 1 (normally Monday) Spent 20 min on field MaxV Monday. 5 min perfect mechanics 2 25 build ups to cruise through 40 5 min explosive mechanics 2 “rip” 40’s with 4 min rest between Into weight room for heavy legs! Tomorrow? Lower mobility and heavy upper in weight room. Rest legs. (Normal Tuesday session) Then Friday?? Oh yeah team workout at XPE on our way to the U camp this weekend!!
