We keep putting more money into education, healthcare and housing. All 3 keep getting more expensive. I've built in all 3. I just listened to David Friedberg on Steven Bartlett's Diary of a CEO. The bit that stuck with me: Education, healthcare and housing are the 3 things people want more of, and the 3 places government has stepped in hardest to "help." As more money floods those markets, the cost of those things just goes up. He walks through education clearly. Unlimited student loans. Universities raise tuition. Admin balloons. Then everyone says it's too expensive, so the answer becomes more government money. Fuel on the fire. Housing follows the same pattern. Celebrate that your house went up and you're celebrating the next generation getting locked out. Healthcare is where I'd go further than he does. When the payer is distant and the paperwork is endless, costs climb and people still can't get what they need. I don't need the US framing to recognise the pattern. It's the same 3 sectors I've built in. Childcare and education with Xplor. Care with Kismet. Housing with Dwell. The lie isn't that people need support. The lie is that pouring money into broken systems without clearing the friction will make life cheaper. Better systems create better lives. Not bigger invoices for the same broken process.

10. Low testosterone is more dangerous than TRT Brecka challenges medical fears about TRT, arguing that properly managed testosterone optimisation lowers heart disease and diabetes risk. The bigger danger comes from the epidemic of low testosterone in modern men.
