But I will never give up the fight while I depend on the good people and music to keep me motivated. Some days are harder than others but I will keep on going. Whether in a gym, outdoors or at a physical therapy Hospital specializing in stroke recovery. I will continue to so this every day they said, I would never walk or talk again, but I am here prove them wrong. I love you all for all your support.

I continue to share my progress in my recovery after this massive stroke and the coma and pneumonia that kept me in the hospital for over three months in the beginning of the year I hope that by sharing my experience strength and hope, I can help others who’ve been through something similar. That you are not alone!!! I admit it is an absolute miracle that I am here with you. So I am smiling and willing to do whatever it takes to improve my health. And As in every day I have to thank you for the prayers and support that helped carry me through and this far.
