No. 5 Georgia Baseball defeats GSU Baseball 14-9 in a wild-and-crazy non-conference game at Foley Field. Bulldogs were actually no-hit for first 4 IP by Panthers freshman LHP @hunter7765683 making his first career start. Dawgs took 6-3 lead to the 8th. GSU scored 6R in T8 to take 9-6 lead only to see Georgia respond with 8R in B8 including Tre Phelps who hit his second 2-run HR of the game and finished 3x4 with 4 RBI. Fun one to call with David Thoms on SEC Network +

Historic win for GSU Football beating Vandy 36-32 for just 2nd ever win over power conference team and first SEC team ever to play at @CenterParcStadium. Panthers rally on QB Chr1st1an Vei11eux 25-yard TD pass to Ted Hurst. with 15 seconds left. Even more amazing in that Vandy had scored 2 TD in the span of 1:15 to erase 12-point deficit and take 3-point lead with 1:14 left in the game. Congrats GSU Football senior OLB KevinSwint on earning All Sun Belt Football Honors. Former Trojan Football star had 48 total tackles, 32 solo, 10 TFL, 4 QB Sacks and 3 Forced Fumbles. It was fun to watch him play. Enjoyed my 7th season calling Georgia State Athletics Football on ESPN+
