🚨#BREAKING: Two boys on paddle-boards are being praised as heroes after heartwarming footage emerged of them RESCUING A DROWNING RACCOON during the Texas storms. The two boys, Tucker and Owen saw the raccoon being sucked under by the current, scooped it out of the water, saving it's life. The animal crawled underneath Tucker's legs, hiding from the rain and the storm. They paddled him all the way to shore through the storm and let him go. Absolutely awesome!!!!!! ❤️

A 92-year-old North Carolina man got so bored 2 months into retirement that he applied to work at Chick-fil-A... ...his smile, kindness, and passion for Jesus became so contagious that when he got sick and missed 3 days of work, an ENTIRE TOWN began asking where he was. His name is Gilbert Martin. Everybody calls him "Mr. Gil." Mr. Gil is 92 years old, and works at the Chick-fil-A on Oleander Drive in Wilmington, NC. He spent decades working in the natural gas industry and when he retired, he greeted people at Sam's Club for 12 MORE years, until they eliminated his position. Most people would call that a sign to finally rest, but not Mr. Gil! Two months into retirement, he got bored... so he walked into Chick-fil-A and put in an application. He was 86 years old at the time. He's been there ever since. Not one or two shifts a week either. Monday through Friday. He says the full schedule gives him more chances to be there for people who need him. His official job is dining host. Clean tables. Clean floors. But Mr Gil doesn't see it that way... as he describes it, his real job is: "I get a lot of people that are coming in, just been to the doctor, and got bad news... I'm able to be an encourager; the Lord gave me that." A 92-year-old man who could be resting at home... chooses to stand in a dining room five days a week... so strangers on the worst day of their lives don't have to be alone. And Wilmington noticed. When Mr. Gil caught a cold and missed a couple of days, the owner said he was FLOODED with HUNDREDS of customers who were panicked about him. Mr. Gil has zero plans to retire. He says if you ever see him working, come say hi. "I don't know what 92 is supposed to feel like, but I feel great. Serving others has always brought me joy because I believe that a smile and a kind word can make someone's day a little brighter.” We need more of this in the world!!!!

🚨WOW!!! A mother suffered a medical emergency going 60mph, totally unresponsive, with her little boy strapped in the backseat... ...a total stranger saw what was happening and used HIS OWN CAR to pin her SUV against the barrier and bring it to a stop, SAVING THEIR LIVES!!! His name is Paul Jackson. On Tuesday, Paul was driving down I-5 near Fife when he saw a white SUV cut across THREE lanes of traffic and start bouncing off the concrete divider... Over and over. He pulled up next to it and looked inside. The driver was out cold, eyes rolled back in her head, completely unresponsive at highway speeds. In the backseat he saw a TERRIFIED little boy strapped into his car seat. "Somebody had to do something." So Paul did what almost nobody would do: he used his own car to gently pin her SUV against the barrier and slowly squeezed it to a stop. He slowly and carefully... glided her car to safety. Then he jumped out, threw the car in park, got the little boy to safety, and stayed with the mother until EMTs arrived. Paul was on his way to pick up his wife's BIRTHDAY CAKE when all this happened. He sent her pictures from the scene as proof he wasn't making up an excuse for being late. 😂 "Had to have proof for my wife." When asked why he did it, Paul didn't hesitate: "God put me there to do that, I knew I was going to stop this vehicle no matter what." THIS IS THE AMERICA I KNOW!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Some details have been confirmed on this story since last night: 1) The man hiding under the bed was 20-years-old and the child was 13-years-old (child predator situation) 2) The child allegedly let the man into the house and did not tell her mother 3) The mother found the man hiding under the bed a they got into some sort of a verbal fight that led them to the front porch where she shot him. Kendra stated to police that she, "saw a dude under my kids’ bed, and I did what I had to do.”

🚨#BREAKING: Absolutely STUNNING new details are emerging around the horrifying assault on police officers in North Charleston SC on July 4th. Officers say they found a MAKESHIFT SPEAR at the "teen party" while responding to a call that said "teens" were SHOOTING FIREWORKS AT PASSING CARS and multiple gunshots were reported... Officers directed everyone to leave the event... however, fights broke out, and even MORE shots were fired. Police also recovered a huge number of firearms and ammo. A 4-year-old boy whose father left him, stood outside every single day for months waving at strangers... just hoping somebody would say hi back, in North Carolina. Then one neighbor walked across the street to meet him. Now an ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD shows up for his soccer games, his swim lessons, his birthday parties. Roman Butzlaff is 4 years old, from Concord NC, just outside Charlotte. His mom says he wakes up every single morning excited to say "hi" to somebody. It's the very first thing he wants to do. But behind that big smile was a hurting little heart. His parents split about a year ago and his dad moved away. Then a neighbor named Wade Fulgum did the simplest, most powerful thing in the world. He just walked across the street... and met the little boy who was always waving at him. And it spread. Now about a DOZEN neighbors, people who barely knew each other's names, show up for Roman's soccer games. His basketball games. His swimming lessons. Even his preschool open house. His birthday party guest list was basically a map of the block. One neighbor said it best: "If the world was like this child, what an awesome, awesome place it would be."

🚨WOW!!! A 79-year-old retired nurse was told she could go to JAIL because arthritis left her unable to mow her lawn... ...so STRANGERS showed up at her door the very next morning, a lawyer took her case for FREE, and an army of volunteers landscaped her ENTIRE yard. ❤️ Her name is Beverly Thomas. She spent 33 YEARS as a nurse in Willoughby, Ohio, caring for other people's mothers, fathers, and children. Now she's 79 and she has arthritis and tremors. She uses a walker just to answer her front door. The city summoned her to court on MISDEMEANOR charges for "failure to maintain her property." She's on a fixed income. She couldn't afford a landscaper. She couldn't afford a lawyer. She called social services for help and got nothing. Then she stood in a courtroom and heard a judge say she could be put in jail over her yard. "I just don't want to be in jail." A 79-year-old nurse said that in America... over GRASS!!! Then a news network told her story... and Northeast Ohio ANSWERED. The very next morning, Beverly heard a knock at her door. Two total strangers were standing there. They'd never met each other. They showed up at the exact same time. One was Norburt Sanek, a lawn care professional who has lived in her town for 20 years and the other was an attorney. Both offered their services... for FREE. Norburt said he was raised in a big Catholic family and this is simply what you do: you help your neighbors, especially the elderly. Then DOZENS more people reached out. A man named David Courtwright took time off work and drove in from the next county over just to haul junk. A special education teacher named Melanie Parker showed up with her sleeves rolled up, saying if it were her, she'd want someone to come too. They weeded. They hauled garbage. They landscaped her ENTIRE front and back yard. A GoFundMe covered what couldn't be donated. The city has said publicly that if the property is brought into compliance, the charges get dismissed. And Beverly? She said, "God answered my prayers." GOD BLESS Beverly Thomas, and GOD BLESS every single neighbor who showed up at that door. THIS IS THE AMERICA I KNOW!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
