We are excited to announce that (after years of being sold out of the water front lots) we have a phase two grand opening with 40+ riverfront lots available Things have come along way, we now have now 20+ homes in the community and many more under construction We also have interior lots still left in phase 1 and the amenities are completely built out (pool, clubhouse, gym, sports courts, playground, walking trails, horseshoe pits, picnic pavilions w/ grills, and multiple fire pits, community beach) With this new phase there will now be a ~2.5 mile river float trip that can be accessed by a kayak drop-in ramp by the community dock in phase 1 and an exit ramp at the community pavilion in phase 2 We are doing a grand opening event sale on July 25th! For 3 years we looked to buy a property on the Mountain Fork river. Not a single listing for sale Talked to the locals, they said there is never anything for sale on the river 12 months of negotiating and we bought 140 acres (off market) Tract hadn’t changed hands in 115 years It was the largest contiguous piece of land we could find on the water and was aggregated in the late 1800s, early 1900s It’s less than a mile from a major highway, 10 mins from town, and 15 minutes from a national forest / state park Absolute dream property

Have you ever been fired or let go from a job? It's a terrible feeling, but most of the time you are better off because of it. That was Nik's story in this week's episode #213: "From Getting Fired to Building Multiple Companies." Nik Hulewsky, is the co-founder of multiple 7 figure businesses that he has successfully built and flipped. Nik started on the corporate career path and ultimately got fired from his job. Rather than going back to the corporate world he used an SMB loan to buy his first business, a medical payments company. After a few years he grew the revenue of that business and exited. Since then he has gone on to co-found multiple companies and is currently partnered with Chris Koerner (a previous guest on the pod). This episode we discuss the different business pursuits Nik has chased, and talk about his successes and failures. We get into some of the specific business challenges that the medical industry faces and how technology is changing that space.
