BREAKING: After losing a lawsuit in state court, RNC & Georgia GOP are suing in federal court to challenge mail ballots voters turn in by hand in some counties. Sara Murray: What's interesting is they're challenging these ballots in 7 counties that are Democratic-leaning. There are Republican-leaning counties in the Georgia offering the same service that are not named in the lawsuit.

Targeted Black voters “with almost surgical precision” – that’s how a court described North Carolina’s 2013 voter ID law. GOP politicians required forms of ID they knew Black voters were least likely to have. I told Tara Setmayer 🌻 🇺🇸 – the SAVE Act comes from the same strategy.
