Today we're announcing the Legora aOS™. It's something we've been building toward for three years, and I think it's the most important thing we've ever shipped. The legal industry has had AI that assists with individual tasks. What it hasn't had is AI that drives entire work products from start to finish. The Legora aOS changes that. It's a single connected system – matter intake, research, drafting, review, service delivery – orchestrated by the new Legora Agent, running continuously, grounded in your organization’s own knowledge. The legal teams who use it won't just be faster. They'll operate at a scale that simply wasn't possible before. We've spent three years being told the legal industry moves too slowly to change. We've also spent three years watching it change faster than almost anyone predicted. The best time in history to be a lawyer starts today. Legora is built to be the partner that makes it possible. Bryan Tsao is joining Legora as our Chief Product Officer. He was CPO at Jasper. Before that he ran Product, Growth and Data at Dropbox, led EPD at Namely from Series C through Series E, and helped scale Kabam from 16 to 800 people through a $1 billion exit. Across all four, the same thing showed up: a data-driven rigour and an execution obsession that lands directly in product quality. He's stepping into a product team that already knows what agentic legal work demands. The work has to be precise, fast, and verifiably correct, no exceptions. Legal work doesn't forgive sloppiness, and as Legora becomes the standard platform for global legal work, product has to keep up with both our ambition and what the profession expects of us. Legora now has more than 100,000 lawyers and 1,500+ organisations across 50 markets. Bryan is joining at exactly the point where that scale needs someone who can build and grow it with discipline. Welcome, Bryan!

Law just got more attractive. Jude Law as the face of Legora in our new brand campaign. Yes. Seriously. The name is almost too good. But the reason we did this isn't the wordplay. We believe this is the most exciting time in history to be a lawyer. Never before have this many brilliant people been working on tools designed to improve and delight lawyers' lives. This campaign is us saying so. With a little more flair than the usual go-to-market.

What actually changes when legal runs on Legora? We didn't want to guess, so we asked. Independent industry analyst AriKaplan ran 30 interviews with in-house leaders across nine countries, mostly at companies over $1B in revenue. Here's what came back. 97% respond to stakeholders faster. 90% ramp up on new work faster. 71% feel more confident in the work they put out. 66% call the impact on issue-spotting and risk reduction large or transformational. That's legal doing better work. So we asked the harder question: if Legora disappeared tomorrow, how disruptive would that be? 87% said disruptive or very disruptive. One person said: "I previously managed without Legora, but if Legora is available, I will not live without it." Two key numbers: 87% of teams now spend more time on higher-value work. And 77% say leadership views the legal department more positively because of it. That second number is interesting. Legal has always done more than the business gave it credit for. AI doesn't just make the work faster and better, it makes the work visible. And once the business can see it, everything else follows. That's what we're building for. Full report:

One of the biggest lessons for me this year: product velocity compounds. Each release makes the next one faster. Learning improves, the process tightens, and the product gets easier to ship – so the pace improves, not just the outcomes. I'm proud of what we built this year!

Yesterday I joined CNBC Squawk Box Europe to talk about what's really happening in the legal industry right now. This isn't disruption in the traditional sense. It's expansion. With our technology, more legal services are being done, not fewer. But the way they're delivered is changing fundamentally. We're seeing our clients hire more lawyers. Organizations are rethinking how they price themselves, how they staff matters, and what it means to do great legal work. Legora exists at the center of that shift. Our EMEA expansion across Madrid, Paris and Italy reflects this growth in demand, and our conviction that the teams moving now are the ones that will define what the furure of legal work looks like. Thanks to CNBC for having me.
