Some beneficiaries even come online call him stingy, all because they receive without knowing the sender. 4. What Wizkid does you will never see it being used to campaign for Grammy award. You will never see Wizkid begging for street love and counting what he has done for the people.

This narrative that Wizkid fans are only Gen Z needs to stop. Even Seun himself has said older people never really liked his father, so let’s not act like bad behaviour or insults suddenly started with FCs. We cannot take responsibility for everybody, especially those “wannabe Fela stans” who only attack Wizkid out of hatred. Wizkid FC is made up of people from every age group. We did not force Fela to protest. We did not force him to be disrespected by his age mates. We did not force him to smoke excessively, have many women, or be “a father to everyone.” In the same way, we are not forcing anyone to acknowledge or support Wizkid. Supporting an artist is a personal choice. But if you don’t support him, at least respect yourselves in how you approach us. Disagreement doesn’t require disrespect.
