Premier Wab Kinew is more interested in his own ego than getting a deal to save Manitoba jobs and livelihoods. Kinew claims that PM Mark Carney was just about “begging” him to cooperate as our Prime Minister tries to negotiate with U.S. President Donald Trump to secure the best possible deal for Canadians. Nova Scotia Premier Tim Houston corrected the record: "That's not even close. I don't know what meeting that might have taken place in, but it certainly wasn't one that I was in.” This is a serious moment for Canada—and Premier Kinew just isn’t taking it seriously.

Wab Kinew blocked a PC MLA from speaking at a local grand opening. So the MLA delivered his speech on Facebook instead. Swan River MLA Rick Wowchuk was scheduled to speak at the grand opening of Swan Valley Regional Secondary School’s new cultural arts centre on Saturday. But the night before, Kinew's office called the school division board chair—Wowchuk’s brother—to insist that the MLA not be allowed to speak. In 2023, the previous PC government invested $15 million towards the construction of the centre, funding that was advocated for by Wowchuk and secured by then-Minister Wayne Ewasko. The event held special significance as Rick Wowchuk was part of the school’s first graduating class and went on to teach there for 25 years. Wab Kinew is doubling down on shutting out a PC MLA from speaking to his own constituents. When asked by media, not only did Kinew fail to deny the accusation, he practically gloated about blocking MLA Wowchuk Petty, childish politics. Manitobans are learning just how empty Wab’s platitudes about “One Manitoba” and “protecting democracy” really are. #mbpoli

Wab Kinew’s public safety strategy in action: A truckload of armed criminals terrorizing rural Manitoba. This weekend, a gang of masked criminals with rifles were seen storming rural properties around MacGregor and raiding homes. Justice minister Matt Wiebe's response? At least it was on camera! Yes—thanks to surveillance footage, Manitobans have a better view of the NDP’s complete failure to protect rural families. #cdnpoli #mbpoli

Manitoba’s accessibility minister was caught on a hot mic yesterday vilifying a sign-language interpreter for distracting her with “frantic hand movements.” Nahanni Fontaine must offer an unconditional apology and immediately resign this cabinet responsibility that she clearly has no respect for. If you agree, be sure to let the minister know: Nahanni Fontaine Minister of Families, Minister Responsible for Accessibility Room 357 Legislative Building 450 Broadway Winnipeg, MB R3C 0V8 Phone: 204-945-4173 Email: [email protected] Constituency Office: 1763 Main Street Winnipeg, MB R2V 1Z8 Phone: 204-582-1550 Email: [email protected] Instagram, TikTok: @ nahannifontaine #mbpoli
