I have a proclivity for the old (proper) names of things. “England” & “Britain” not “The UK” – unless absolutely forced to use this in the context of mustardy jurisdiction discussions. Clip very much related.

This is how the Blairite constitution works to entrench itself, and maintains itself through devolution, outsourcing, and a form of "mandatory centrism" in political speech. 1) Paralysis of parliament through upward and downward outsourcing. You cannot govern, or provide common law solutions, as these things have been outsourced upward to European institutions (EU/ECHR). Simultaneously, the illusion of local government is created by make-believe regional parliaments and councils - this ensures most decisions have no true responsible party. 2) Entrenchment via devolution. You cannot leave the European institutions fully, as the creation of devolved entities, and nature of the GFA, provide leverage. The invented devolved arrangement creates a direct & parasitic relationship between the Celtic nations and the EU/ECHR, who now consider these essential for their continued existence. 3) Entrenchment via regulation of political speech. When it comes to the region where the population actually lives (England) you cannot address the real issues domestically (demographic terraformation), as you will be branded a criminal, rendered unemployed and forced into the welfare system after your savings are exhausted. Blairite centrism becomes the sole acceptable form of political expression, with all parties emulating it. Regulation of communications and individuals ensures that the press and professionals are obliged to suggest the arrangement is good, in fear of professional ruination or Ofcom penalty. I wrote extensively about this here several years ago, in Reiners Project. Ending this situation forms the basis of my legislative project:
