I out did myself today 🏆 I browned some ground beef LEAVE THE FAT Pour some heavy cream Add eggs (if you know me then you know cream eggs are my FAVORITE) The milk solids will caramelize, the eggs will be perfectly poached in cream and your taste buds will thank you!
