How I’ll be starting my days from now on. Not going to lie, this was HARD. 3 minutes in 37 degree water. Next time I’ll dunk my head, but proud of myself for this. Mind over matter and focused on my breathing 🙏🏻🥶

COLD PLUNGE DAY 7 Today I did a HIIT class at the gym and then came home and jumped in the ice bath. It’s still not “easy”, but has definitely gotten easier and feels so refreshing especially after I get out. Starting to crave the plunge and loving the burning feeling on my skin post plunge. Mentally so much easier although I do notice myself procrastinating by staying busy with other things or talking to friends a little longer at the gym knowing I’m going home to jump in the freezer. Also noticing myself doing other things in my life that maybe i had put off or had intimidated me in the past. It seems like the mental decision to do something difficult is leading me to do other difficult things in my life that will improve it. Super happy with it overall and don’t plan on stopping. One week in and I feel great 💪🏼
