This is gut wrenching - a woman wearing a kurta with "halwa" written on it in Arabic was almost lynched in Ichra, because people there felt blasphemed. Kudos to ASI Sheherbano for saving her life. This country is becoming a nightmare thanks to the deliberate creation and use of religious fanatics. The Faizabad Dharna judgment by the supreme court should have been given due importance. Fascinating that the woman is apologizing, and not the people who were about to lynch her before the police stepped in.
