My wife quit her job and made us $1 million. Not in revenue. In tax savings. The IRS has a designation that lets a stay-at-home spouse use real estate depreciation to wipe out your entire W-2 tax bill. If you own a short-term rental, you don't even need that status… And you both can still work your W2 jobs... You just need to work 100+ hours a year on your properties and more than anyone else. That's less than 2 hours a week. We used this strategy to save over $1 million in taxes last year. The tax code rewards asset owners. Most people just never learn the rules. Comment TAX and I'll send you a full breakdown of how it works.

I genuinely thought I’d made it. But after years in corporate sales I was burnt out, barely saw my wife, and realized a nice salary doesn’t mean much if you’re miserable 40-60 hours a week. So we bought a house in Nashville for $495k and put it on Airbnb. That decision changed our lives forever. Today we own 14 rentals and get to be stay at home parents for our 2 kids. If you’re stuck in a job that drains you, use your income to build a way out. Don’t just save for retirement and hope it gets better. It’s definitely not easy. But I’d do it again if I had to. The IRS has a designation called Real Estate Professional Status (REPS) If your spouse works 750+ hours a year in real estate and it's their primary occupation — they qualify. Once they do, the paper losses from depreciation on your properties can offset your W-2 income taxes directly. But if you own a short-term rental, the bar is even lower. It's called the STR Loophole — and both spouses can have full-time jobs and still qualify. You just need 100+ hours spent working on your property and more time than anyone else involved. That's 2 hours a week. My wife and I used this to save over $1M in taxes last year across our Airbnb portfolio. The tax code is working for you. You just have to know how to use it. Comment "bnb" and I'll send you some info on this exact strategy
