The HBO documentary, “Black Art: In the Absence of Light” is a good film about Black art for anyone who hasn’t seen it. I’m definitely inspired by all the great Black artists, both past and contemporary.

I met a homeless man named Lintavious while walking the streets of Greenville, SC. I really hope doors open for him because he is a talented poet. He recited one of his poems called “Jesus was a Street Nigga”
