CR started dubbing Game Centre Girl. The plot of this anime is a British girl new to Japan develops a crush on a Japanese boy who barely speaks English but for the dub they just replace him struggling to speak English with him doing an over the top British accent.

A core theme of Hokuto no Ken is the importance of love. Souther is a great example since he was forced to kill his master and vowed to never allow himself to love another person again but villains time and time again learn that their rejection of love is their greatest weakness.

Crazy scene from Marco Polo, combining animation, live-action, and CG. This was a few years before Madhouse (who animated Marco Polo) would use CG in the Golgo 13 film; there are only a few instances of CG in anime before this that I can even think of.
