💧 New Rain Gardens in action 🌧️ 🌱 Installed and planted opposite Leytonstone Station in Waltham Forest, the two new rain gardens are helping to capture heavy rainfall to prevent local flooding. 🌼 Covering 66m2 and filled with over 350 plants, including Lavender, Dogwood, Verbena, Crocosmia and Miscanthus. 🍁 Our first Autumn 2024 rain garden, these SuDs will boost biodiversity and enhance the area’s climate resilience. We can’t wait to see how they grow and establish! #raingardens #suds #floodmitigation #urbangreening #Leytonstone #WalthamForest
