Metroid, in my opinion has always been Nintendo's darkest franchise. Meaning the most mature. That was elevated in 2004 with the game over screen in Metroid Prime 2. Samus literally dies of cardiac arrest. Her heart just stops. It's pretty morbid for a Nintendo game

I'll keep buying Final Fantasy on Switch/Switch 2... I wonder if Square Enix will port FF16 to Switch 2 sometime soon 🤔

Hate to say it, but Other M is canon. It may not be a full-on mainline title, but it definitely happened in the story. Why do some insist it isn't? I mean, it's referenced in Dread for goodness sakes

Did you know? Worldwide, (as of today (July 13th, 2025) there has only been 6 games released for the Switch 2 that use proper game cartridges

Wait, PlayStation Network is down? Oh man... that sucks... what should I do about that? Should I install another game offline?

Fun fact about Metroid Fusion... we all know Samus is vulnerable to cold, however did you know her damage values are not the same between the Sub-Zero Containment and Sector 5? (the 2nd clip appears glitched due to the Switch recording, you are constantly flashing in Sector 5)

From its humble beginnings at E3 2003, Metroid Prime 2 had rather large shoes to fill, and in my opinion it fills them nicely. The game is an absolute classic and honestly I find one of the more under-rated games in the series. I truly hope we see a Prime 2 remastered. Happy 20th

This scene always makes me feel uneasy... genuinely unsettling. I love me some Metroid Fusion

So many nostalgic memories with Prime 1's title screen... However, I think Prime 2 did it better
