🚨I’m a nervous wreck today. PLEASE SHARE THIS POST!🚨 I am beyond grateful for the life I’ve been gifted to lead a sanctuary for these incredible monkeys. But this week I have deep anxious heart. This incoming ice storm is truly dangerous for us all… We have emptied our accounts, literally, to prepare as much as possible. But, my heart is aching in concern. I may not have enough. With less than 24 hours until this severe winter storm arrives… I’m working as hard as I can to be ready. Our only vehicle capable in the weather isn’t repaired & running. When this begins, we may be stuck in place, isolated fit as many as 5 days. We have stock piled fuel… filled water tanks, charged batteries… but in near zero temps, with dangerous ice impacts, we likely need more! Being stuck with no capable vehicle is scary. All I can do is pray hard, trust God, and stay vigilant. I’m sure this will be a very sleepless weekend as I monitor buildings and conditions for the animals 24/7.
