🚨OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT🚨 The statistics of the "Arab Club Champions Cup," also known as the "King Salman Club Cup," will be removed from my website. Initially, my stance was the same as that of MessivsRonaldo.app, after discussing the matter with him. We both knew that the UAFA, the organizing entity of the tournament, was not recognized by FIFA. However, we kept the data on the website, including the matches, goals, and the title won today by Cristiano Ronaldo, as a precautionary measure until there was certainty about the friendly nature of the tournament. Today, I have received this video of an interview with Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, Minister of Sports of Saudi Arabia, in which he confirms that the King Salman Club Cup is a friendly competition. For this reason, I have made the unilateral decision to remove this tournament from my database, as I have never included other friendly club tournaments such as the Joan Gamper Trophy or the Santiago Bernabeu Trophy. Perhaps I will consider adding it in a future update, as I have done with friendly National Team tournaments.
