Even though this was before AI became mainstream (thank god) gotta appreciate the fact that Pixar was a lot more respectful to Paul Newman that they used archival voice recordings for Cars 3 (2017), it’s still sad that he’s been gone for 17 years, rest in piece Doc… 🙏🙏🙏

Literally this old video of Avatar: The Last Airbender fans completely shredding on The Last Airbender (2010) to bits and pieces and this was back in 2010 when the movie officially released lol. (It’s really that god awful and atrocious of a movie)

One of the most underrated moments from Cars 2 (2011) is when it was revealed that Sarge switched Lightning’s fuel which is the reason why Lightning didn’t explode during the London Race while he was chasing Mater, Sarge is a true soldier and makes him the second hero of the movie along with Mater, Cars 2 (2011) is seriously super underrated, overhated and such a really fun movie and I love it!

I always liked that Francesco in Cars 2 (2011) is the only “rival” of Lightning of the 3 were they aren’t really rivals but they just like mess around with each other for fun and it’s pretty neat that Lightning and Francesco are friends while Chick is just a straight up asshole and Storm was messing with Lightning’s emotions that caused him to crash. They seriously should bring Francesco back to the Cars franchise because he’s a really funny character and I really want to see more of interactions with Lightning the rest of the Radiator Springs, maybe in Cars: Lightning Racers hopefully!

Honestly I really can’t see anyone else voicing Mater than Larry The Cable Guy himself, it’s also neat to think that Pixar didn’t even need to ask for an audition and immediately knew that he was the perfect voice for Mater, so much so that they even spend a few months rewriting the script to include more Mater in the first film, I just can’t hate Mater as a character I always loved him even in Cars 2 and I am so glad he’s still around after 20 years!

I still love the fact that in Cars (2006) Pixar pretty much acknowledged that at the time John Ratzenburger was in every Pixar film with Mack noticing it, I always loved this scene of them parodying their films in the Cars style lol!

I get that it fails as a sequel but if you ignore the “sequel aspect” Cars 2 is genuinely a really fun and really good standalone Cars movie on its own, I much rather watch this over Incredibles 2 or Lightyear because Cars 2 is really over the top fun like a James Bond movie!

4 NEW LEAKED test footage from the cancelled Disney animated movie “Beyond The Sky” This is a standalone spin off movie set in the World Of Cars similar to Disney’s Planes and it was scheduled to be released in 2019 but was unfortunately shelved in 2018 after Disney shut down Disneytoon Studios leaving the project abounded. It’s really such a shame that a movie that had so much potential to keep expanding the World Of Cars was abounded because of a studio’s closure but I really wish Disney would revive this project for Disney+ with another studio, I would gladly watch this.

I will never understand why people are mixed with this movie, Cars 3 (2017) is Pixar’s most underrated sequel and their greatest sequel and yes even better than Inside Out 2, this moment is a perfect example of why Cars 3 is such an amazing sequel and it made me tear up too! 🥲

Cars 2 (2011) This scene doesn’t get much credit because people are busy bitching about the film instead of actually giving it a fair chance, it’s not a definitive Cars sequel but it’s a genuinely really fun and pretty good movie and I really love the way Mater exposed Axelrod!

Happy 93rd birthday to the goat himself Michael Caine who voiced Finn McMissile in Cars 2 (2011) who is honestly one of my favorite Cars characters and is also what to lead me being into James Bond 007 in the first place, always loved this film and especially the badass opening!

At least Miles was a real villain with real motivations, Chick and Storm are mostly just racers who wants to win and beat Lightning in a race, Miles literally has the best and most satisfying antagonist defeat of the 3 films with Mater exposing his ass in front of everyone lol.

I have a lot of nostalgia, appreciation and love for Cars 2 (2011) it may not be Pixar’s best or a true Cars sequel “that goes to Cars 3 (2017)” but there is still a lot to enjoy about this movie as its own standalone Cars spin off type movie, it could’ve easily been advertised as a spin off movie but for what this movie is worth it’s really not that bad and and it’s actually really entertaining and fun if you are looking to watch an over the top b-movie, it’s far from Pixar’s WORST “I’m looking at you Lightyear (2022)” 15 years later this movie is so extremely underrated and more people SHOULD appreciate it more as it’s own thing because screw the critics and Animation YouTubers, it’s really not bad at all and they act so fucking dramatic!
