I made $600 during my dinner break last night. Picked up and paid $100 Listed for $699 this afternoon. Got to work with 10 messages. Currently pending for $699. $600 profit for under 24 hour flip. Flips are not all this easy, this did come with some work, including performing a ladder stitch and several passes with the extractor. Cleaned up nicely, someone will be getting a clean sectional for the fraction of the price new.
