When I led Abiomed, we asked all leaders to document and share their leadership philosophy. A leadership philosophy defines the way you motivate people to achieve the best results with integrity. Sharing your leadership philosophy helps your teams and peers understand your style, sets expectations, and allows them to keep you accountable.
