🚨🚨🚨BREAKING: The lone holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy mistrial, Michael Desronvil, has broken his silence in a video statement sent exclusively to Fox News' Sean Hannity. "I know the whole focus has been on me, but we want to reel everything back and put the focus on the three angels," he said. "The ones that can't speak for themselves, the ones that can't defend themselves, and the ones that can't fight the battles — and those are Cora, Dawson and Callan."

🗞️🗞️🗞️ Gloves off in Plymouth, as Lindsay Clancy's defense attorney Kevin Reddington calls out the holdout juror's lawyer. "I think Ed ought to learn how to go into the courtroom and articulate his position rather than be a histrionic individual that's just mouthing off for the media," Reddington tells Fox News Digital. He also says the "holdout" juror should be called "the obstructionist." The juror's attorney Edward Paltzik says he's not backing down and that Reddington should focus on preparing for a retrial. 📹David McGlynn for Fox News Digital

🚨🚨🚨Both Ole Miss students who died earlier this week were males, the county coroner's office tells Fox News' Madison Scarpino — and he says the deaths may NOT be connected. One was 18 and died in a dorm room. The other was 20 and was found in an off-campus home. The names are not being released yet. Below is dispatch audio for a response to a dorm building on Monday afternoon. Firefighters arrived less than a minute after they were given the address.

🚨🚨🚨NEW: Bodycam video shows police at the Tucson International Airport reading Sheriff Nanos a Miranda warning after he brought an undeclared, loaded gun to a TSA checkpoint on his way to vacation in Laguna Beach. Nanos was not charged, but he missed his flight and had to stow the weapon in his car. County residents complained to the Board of Supervisors previously that they believe he was treated more leniently than the average citizen would have been. Active-duty members of law enforcement are typically allowed to fly armed if they meet federal requirements and declare their weapons in advance. As for the streamers, the Pima County Attorney's Office declined to comment on their cases. "Due to ongoing litigation, we are not able to provide a comment at this time. Thank you for your understanding, we will share updates when it becomes legally appropriate."

🔎GOOD QUESTION: We can infer that there’s more video than has been released. Since we don’t have timestamps, I have questions about when this still image was recorded in relation to the videos. Is this even the same guy? FLASHBACK: Director Patel referenced “persons of interest in and around the area” in an interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity last week.

🚨WANTED in Tucson: Pima County deputies are looking for 40-year-old Coral Michelle Smith in connection with a kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapon case less than 7 miles from Nancy Guthrie's home. There's NO indication that the cases are connected. Smith has a rap sheet going back more than a decade that involves a prior kidnapping allegation, drug charges, robbery and disorderly conduct. She stands 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighing 135 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. Notably -- no wrist tattoo. The person seen on Guthrie's doorbell surveillance video stands around 5 feet, 9 inches tall, is of average build for a male and may have facial hair and possibly something tattooed on his wrist. (Reattached below) 88-Crime is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to Smith's arrest. A combined reward of over $1.2 million in the Guthrie case remains unclaimed.

Phillip Martin, co-owner of Armor Bearer Arms in Tucson, told Fox News’ Amalia Roy an FBI agent visited his store with three pages containing photos and the names of roughly 18 to 24 people, asking whether any had purchased a firearm there within the past year. “He actually had given me a list of paper, list of people that had pictures and names on it, and he wanted to know if I could help him pull up in my system if any of these people have purchased a gun in the last year,” Martin said.

🎗️🚨🎗️NEW: Veteran criminal profiler John Kelly says the alleged ransom demands tied to the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie don’t sound legit. "Bottom line is, I don’t believe they’re real," he says. "The first note is strictly about the dollars, about the bucks....Now when you get into the second note, you're talking about a kind of a different personality to me." There was no sensitivity shown during the abduction — a masked man with a gun and an early-morning home invasion that snatched Guthrie from her bed and left blood on her doorstep, Kelly says. "Most of these guys are psycho, and going to do that, rouse an older woman out of her bed and haul her away like that bleeding all over the place...they're going to just want to get away from the problem as quick as possible," he adds. "They're not going to be worried about leaving condolences." Nancy has been missing for more than 20 weeks. The masked home invader remains unidentified. Combined rewards totaling over $1.2 million remain unclaimed. Anyone with information on Guthrie's case is asked to dial 1-800-CALL-FBI. Tips can be provided anonymously to Tucson's Crime Stoppers affiliate, 88-Crime, at 1-520-882-7463.🎗️🎗️🎗️

They’ve moved toward the side of Nancy’s house — opposite the driveway.

🎗️🎗️🎗️Good morning from Las Vegas, Here’s the latest from the Pima County Sheriff’s Department on the Nancy Guthrie investigation: Detectives are not yet done with Nancy’s home security video — forensic analysis is still underway. Same with the DNA, according to a department spokesperson, so no dead ends yet. Has ANYONE been ruled out? PCSD refers us back to the sheriff’s prior statements. (Attached below.) The intruder has not yet been publicly identified. Current and former investigators tell me they’re still hopeful someone recognizes this guy. He may have changed his behavior (and/or appearance) after Nancy’s abduction on Feb. 1 and again after the FBI released her Nest video on Feb. 10. It remains unclear whether he acted alone. Anyone with information is urged to dial 1-800-CALL-FBI.

🚨🔎🚨 A NEW theory in the unsolved suspected abduction of Nancy Guthrie is a so-called wrench attack. The emerging trend is a combination of a "mastermind" plotter sitting at a computer, probably overseas, and street-level thugs hired locally to carry out the abduction and physical coercion, says Lisa J. Miller, a retired detective and law enforcement consultant from the Colorado Attorney General's Office. The name comes from a 2009 meme in which a frustrated hacker suggested buying a wrench for $5 and beating up someone who knew a password he couldn't crack, she said. "The street level thug theory fits with what we’re seeing in the Guthrie case, because when the FBI released the pictures of this porch guy, and I’ve referred to him from the beginning as 'porch monster,' I mean, the guy comes across as a bit of a doofus," Miller told Fox News Digital. "Look at his getup, look at how he carries his firearm… yet there’s some very sophisticated elements to this case that again falls in line with what we see in a traditional wrench attack." For one, it's been more than 100 days since early ransom demands emerged, and whoever sent them hasn't been caught. There's a combined reward of over $1.2 million that hasn't been claimed. Dial 1-800-CALL-FBI.🎗️🎗️🎗️

🎗️🎗️🎗️Good morning, Nancy Guthrie has now been missing for 27 days. Authorities are still chasing down leads — DNA, digital forensics, and tens of thousands of tips from the public. We haven’t heard any specifics of what they’ve found — other than that an unknown male DNA sample only contained a partial profile that’s not enough for the FBI’s CODIS database. Savannah Guthrie and her siblings are offering up to $1 million for information that brings Nancy home. Pima County’s crackdown on media parking, coupled with U.S. strikes on Iran, have resulted in a noticeable drawdown of media presence in Tucson — but we’re still here. Fox News Fox True Crime The two-mile radius where police were canvassing for home security video may not have been large enough. Anyone in the general area, even outside that circle, is encouraged to look through their footage for viable leads. 1-800-CALL-FBI. 🎗️🎗️🎗️
