Nice driver giving me space to pass, but I still reported her and she was still DISQUALIFIED. Plus bonus cabbie going through a red light almost 2 seconds after it turned red. EO61WHL and LN15RXX.

I was a bit sceptical seeing a driver drinking what looked like a beer. He convinced me immediately that it was non-alcoholic.

Holding your phone whilst using it as satnav is not a valid excuse, you'll likely still be prosecuted if caught like this driver was.

This poor old guy got caught on a handheld FaceTime call whilst stationary, taken to court, and given 6 penalty points and £193 fine+costs. Phone calls don't generally last for just the time you're in the queue, so of course he was also a moving phone driver.

Stationary phone use is OK? No, it isn't. Besides which, many drivers also use their phones whilst moving. Being caught stationary is a coincidence, not a defence. COURT RESULT - 6 penalty points and £570

Travel is a little bit harder as a type 1 diabetic.

This chap was DISQUALIFIED from driving. It's SO EASY to catch phone drivers on your commute.

This is how easily I will catch you if you use your phone whilst driving.

Yet again, a mobile phone user stationary in the queue at the lights drives off still using it. This is one of the many reasons why Parliament chose to emphasise that stationary phone use is illegal in the recent law update.

Running red lights as a cyclist is not a good idea. And yes, you're an arsehole for riding like this.

I don't like RLJing cyclists like these either, but I don't have any power to deal with them. I'd have videoed and laughed if the police stopped them. I was going to hold back, but the male cyclist nodded me through, btw. Also that pavement is shared cyclist/ped use.

This driver gave me a good dose of road rage, but ran away as soon as the off duty police officer turned up. DP10RZS
