So not to keep harping on this issue but this genuinely pisses me off. You can see my box that I shipped these in the background, and he opened maybe 1-2 boxes out of 10 and is clearly blowing smoke that these were tampered with. The tops and bottoms are sealed and he's ruffling the packs in the middle to open them. You can see him trying to separate the wrapper in the video with his fingers when he shows the second pack. Bank of America Business Insights Bank of America Help as we are both customers of yours I hope you re-evaluate your decision to side with him.

This whole kabuto debacle makes me want to have nothing to do with TCGPlayer. This whole thing screams lawsuit waiting to happen, and shame on TCGPlayer for letting this continue. In the video you can see the random sales at $200-$300 a piece. Also, if you’re a shop and participating in this stupidity over a single card your reputation is on the line and I hope it was worth the $25-$100 you made.

Hoping to get some insight from the community. Had an individual who purchased 10 boxes of Topps Disney Chrome Value boxes from my website. He claims they were tampered with. I have confirmed with him that by the time the package got to him every single box still had the cellophane wrap on them. However, he claims the packs inside were resealed. In the video you can see the cellophane still in tact but the packs inside the middle strip was not sealed properly. However, the ends of the packs seem to be sealed properly. To me this looks like a manufacturing issue. The buyer is now requesting I do something about it or they will initiate a chargeback. I pack up 99% of my orders on camera including this one so I don’t really have any worries. I received and shipped out the order via UPS on the same day all of which was on camera. Has anyone experienced this issue so far with any of these Topps packs? This is the first time this has ever happened as I usually don’t dabble in Topps products. Anyone that knows me knows that I would NEVER reseal or tamper with products that we sell.
