Happy Birthday to No. 7⃣9⃣ Jumpy Geathers! At 6'7" and 290 pounds, Geathers was a forceful defensive lineman, famous for his "forklift" move, where he picked up a blocker and carried him backward. Unfortunately, he ruptured his Achilles in 1997, which ended his 13-season career.

No. 7⃣7⃣ Lyle Alzado, a Denver Bronco DL from 1971–1978, was BOTD in 1949. In 1992, Alzado passed away. DEN drafted Alzado in the 1971 4th round. He was a 1977 1st-team All-Pro/DPOY, 1978 2nd-team All-Pro, and 2× Pro Bowler. Alzado played with a ferocity and tenacity seldom seen.

Happy Birthday to FOST! Foster was a 2003 Denver Broncos first round pick. He played RT from 2003–06. In 2004, Foster was part of an OL that set a then-team record of only allowing 15 sacks. In 2005, he helped DEN gain the 2nd-most rush. yards (2,539) in its history.

Dec. 27, 1987 — In a snowstorm that crippled Denver, the Broncos captured the AFC West crown, and the AFC's best record, by shutting out the San Diego Chargers 24–0 at Mile High Stadium. TDs: Kevin Clark (71-yard PR), Sammy Winder (1-yard run) and Ricky Hunley (52-yard pick-six)

Mike Patrick, who served as the play-by-play announcer for ESPN Sunday Night Football from 1987–2005, passed away at the age of 80 today. Among his many memorable calls of Mile High Moments on those telecasts, his call of Al Wilson's humongous hit will always be remembered. RIP

Happy Birthday to No. 2⃣5⃣ Chris Harris! The Denver Broncos signed CHJ as an UDFA in 2011. He went on to become an All-Pro cornerback, Super Bowl 50 champion, and team great. Harris made many big plays as a Bronco, including 20 interceptions, four of which he took to the house.

Happy Birthday to Cj Anderson! The Denver Broncos signed Anderson as an UDFA in 2013. He played for the Broncos through 2017. With DEN, Anderson played in 63 games, with 38 starts, amassed 4,315 total yards and 26 TDs. He was a 2014 Pro Bowler and is a Super Bowl 50 champion.
