🚨🇺🇦 Armed standoff between Ukraine's SBU and HUR personnel erupted overnight in a Kyiv residential street. Gunfire reported, three HUR fighters wounded, one possibly killed. Triggered by the disappearance/detention of Russian Volunteer Corps deputy commander Kaplunov, who vanished Aug 23. His colleagues called it an abduction. SBU's official line: A "joint" SBU-HUR operation foiling an FSB assassination plot. Street/Telegram version: Inter-agency clash after SBU grabbed a HUR-linked officer. Police blocked the street. Both sides eventually unloaded weapons so investigators could enter.
