Some guys will only practice when it feels great. With a coach telling them what to do, a clock telling them when to stop, and a “plan” that never seems to come to fruition. First two clips are from games a couple weeks ago. Shot fake, side step threes. Reminded me of this summer That was a big focus for me, wanted to add that to my game (instead of shooting a midrange which is what my habit was) The last video, at IU this summer. A random Saturday (August 3rd 4:14pm). Never been the most talented but man the reasonable expectation to be a player and man continually on the rise is who I am. Lights buzzing in the empty gym, hard dribble echoes, shoes squeaking. I had a lot of help this summer from Isaac Green and co but when I tell players that ask me about shooting or improvement, it’s hard to explain because most of the time it’s just deep visualization, reps on reps strongly rehearsed until it’s second nature. Either way, thought it was cool to see the summer work… work. Lol The work works.
