DYK -- #PankajDheer was 1st choice to play Arjun, & not Karna in #Mahabharat But he refused to shave his moustache for Arjun's sequence as eunuch Brihanalla. He thought he wouldn't look good without mush! #BRChopra rejected him, but later called him again, this time for Karna! Dheer immortalised Karna for an entire generation. A part of our memories fade today RIP 🙏

Later he couldn't even be in Mumbai to dub #Sridevi, who was the producer signed his cheque. He still has it as memory Run turns 20!
