DYK -- KJo couldn't initially "afford" him but SK said he wanted to do it for whatever money Karan gave him. And he did, and blew up the movie!

DYK -- #PankajDheer was 1st choice to play Arjun, & not Karna in #Mahabharat But he refused to shave his moustache for Arjun's sequence as eunuch Brihanalla. He thought he wouldn't look good without mush! #BRChopra rejected him, but later called him again, this time for Karna! Dheer immortalised Karna for an entire generation. A part of our memories fade today RIP 🙏
