Mwebesa who is leading the #Ugandan delegation at #WHA79 has delivered the country's statement at the Assmebly in Geneva, today. "Uganda is currently responding to an #Ebola outbreak. However, we have overtime built a resilient system to deal with Public Health Emergencies. With a strong national leadership in the country and the collaboration with World Health Organization (WHO) and other partners, we shall effectively respond to this outbreak as we have done before.
