Impella assisted TAVR done with KFAFHCards team Advanced LV systolic dysfunction (no fibrosis) Critical AS ECMO standby 🔹Impella will cross the stenotic valve 🔹Wire crossing is facilitated by the impella catheter 🔹Simultaneous BAV is doable (& provides best hemodynamic support) 🔹Post-TAVR BP improved & MCS weaned in lab & removed More at #TCTMiddleEast TCTME+
