As a Candidate in the Election and being guardian of the Votes of all Voters in my Constituency regardless for whomever the voters have voted for I must share that as per Form 45 received so far from 42 polling stations out of total 159 stations in #PS110, #PTI is currently leading, #JI second and we are third and now results of remaining polling stations are being delayed or denied including using tactics like not starting the counting or Polling Staff making ridiculous excuses that they don't have hardcopy of Form 45 to fill and give to polling agents.

Don't know if Natasha Danish has any mental illnesses or not which can diminish her faculties while driving but the new CCTV footage reveals that she first hit a white corolla at low speed after which she had enough awareness to escape the scene by speeding away and it was during this speeding away that she hit Imran Arif and Aamna Arif who were on the motorcycle. She ran over the father and daughter after doing a hit and run. Please share as big media houses will not report on this case anymore due to the money and influence of Natasha's family.

How Abduction and Torture is being institutionalised in Pakistan. On 8th October Advocate Intezar Hussain Panjhuta was abducted. He is one of Imran Khan's main lawyers in his ongoing legal battles. On 29th Oct Attorney General (the biggest law officer of the Country) told Islamabad High Court that he will give "good news" in the case of missing Advocate Intezar Hussain Panjhuta in 48 hours. On 1st Nov (Friday) the case was heard again and the Attorney General guaranteed recovery of the missing Advocate within 24 hours. On 3rd Nov i.e. Saturday Night Advocate Intezar Hussain is allegedly recovered by Police in a car with his hands and legs tied with the Police claiming that he was kidnapped for ransom and the kidnappers ran away when intercepted by Police. The clearly weakened and traumatized Advocate plays along agreeing that he was kidnapped for ransom. So was the Attorney General in touch with the Kidnappers or were the Kidnappers such fans of the Attorney General that they forgot about their ransom and released the missing Advocate out of respect for AG's 24hr commitment to the Court? Stop taking 240 million citizens for fools and don't embarrass yourself further with these ill scripted dramas. It is not just shameful but criminal to what extent the office of the Attorney General and Punjab Police have been used to cover the Stare Enforced disappearance of Advocate Intezar Hussain Panjhuta. But this still isn't the most cruel element of our system. The biggest cruelty is that our Judges put the onus of truth and evidence on the person who was abducted. It will now be Advocate Intezar's burden to claim and prove that he was abducted by Security Agencies regardless of how traumatized he is and how many threats he continues to face otherwise the Courts will also seek an excuse to sweep the dirty mess under the carpet.

Today over 30 petitions were filed by Candidates in Sindh High Court with 17 PTI supported Candidates (7 NA and 10 PS seats) being presented by our panel of Safeguard Karachi's Vote. All candidates had similar plea of malicious tabulation by ROs misrepresenting the total count of Forms 45 in Form 47 and conducting consolidation of results in absence of Candidates. SHC has given ECP till tomorrow 11am to come up with a lawful and reasonable solution to this issue and cautioned ECP not insist on any flawed results and act in haste in notifying returned candidates otherwise High Court will be forced to intervene. I thank fellow Advocates Muhammed Umer Lakhani, Saifullah Sachwani, Saad Fayaz, Shahzeb Akhtar Khan, Amna Usman, Farjad Ali Khan, Furqan Ali, Basil Nabi Malik, Rafique Ahmed Sheikh and Ahrar Jawaid Bhutto who made this effort possible in public interest.

Custodial death of an 18 year old Irfan in Karachi . Irfan who belonged to Ahmedpur Sharqia had recently come to Karachi to live with his uncle after being affected by the disastrous flood. On the morning of 11:30am on 22nd October he along with three of his relatives Kamran, Salman and Nasir were abducted from the roadside by Police Officials of SIU/CIA who registered no case, did not cause any formal arrest and subject the youth to torture resulting in his death after which they left his body at JPMC. The families got a call from police on the night of 23rd Oct to come and collect the three boys. The Police trying to cover their steps registered a bogus and illegal FIR under the wrong provisions of law through SHO SIU/CIA as Sadr PS under Section 319 PPC which relates to Qatl-e-khata and is a bailable offence. This is a case of murder under Section 302 PPC punishable under Section 9 of the Torture and Custodial Death (Prevention and Punishment) Act 2022 which mandates tries all guilty police officials including all aiders and abettors. The family after protesting for 5 days in Karachi have left for Ahmedpur Sharqia for Irfan's burial. They were not involved during the Post mortem of the body and have not been provided any report as yet. Under the Custodial Torture law any and all investigating is exclusive mandate of FIA under the supervision of National Commission of Human Rights. The high ups of Sindh Police in order to appease the media have suspended some of the officials involved in the incident but even they are aware that a faulty FIR has been registered and proper proceedings are not taking place. We demand that National Commission for Human Rights takes immediate notice of this incident and a Complaint be registered with FIA without further delay, the police official be arrested and proper investigation be launched against Irfan's custodial death and without wasting any time the testimony of Salman, Kamran and Nasir be preserved by recording their statements under Section 164 Cr.P.C before magistrate. #JusticeForIrfan

The Sindh High Court today has disposed all petitions challenging tabulation of Form 47 with directions to ECP to treat our petitions as complaints/representation before the ECP and must decide the complaints expeditiously i.e. within 14 days and any resulting grievance will be addressed by Election Tribunal. However, we have no faith in ECP whose malafide is most glaring in the Shoaib Shaheen case where ECP gave him stay on Sunday and issued notification of his opposing candidate Tariq Fazal Chaudhary as winner on the same day. The Hon' High Court of Sindh taking notice of illegal confiscation of passport and mobile of Mahrang Baloch has directed SSP Malir to submit response within a week and further in a separate petition has suspended a malicious FIR registered against Mahrang Baloch under 124-A PPC (sedition) and Anti Terrorism Act. The dimwits behind the FIR didn't know that 124-A PPC is not a valid law anymore as sedition law was struck down by Lahore High Court in 2023. The State continues to harass, intimidate and oppress activists and considers anyone engaging in a peaceful struggle as a dangerous enemy.

Can Bilawal Bhutto Zardari explain why the PPP Govt is so compromised and weak in front of Agencies that it cant even allow political prisoners & dissenters visitation rights from family and friends. BYC leader Sammi Deen Baloch is not an under-trial prisoner she has only been detained under MPO by Sindh Govt. The legality of the MPO is questionable as is but to add to the misery of Sammi her Family is being restricted from meeting her. It is Sammi's express right under Section 58 and Rules 771 & 868 of the Sindh Prisons and Corrections Services Act and Rules to have visitation from family, friends and legal Counsels. Today at Central Jail Sammi's family had to protest in order for her mother and sister to be allowed a meeting. The Jail Authorities and Home Department falls under the #PPP Govt. It appears the Establishment has already decided that dissenting voices whether of activists like Mahrang Baloch & Sammi or whether journalists like Farhan Mallick and A.Waheed Murad are to be denied their right to liberty and are to spend their Eid imprisoned under frivolous cases and arbitrary detention orders. The aim is to not only emotionally frustrate and exhaust them but also their families. Now by denying them visitation rights and right to receive food and daily essentials the Govt is denying Sammi her right to invioable dignity. PPP has govt in both Balochistan and Sindh. If it does not have the courage to recall the MPO and order the release of political prisoners at least have the decency to treat prisoners in accordance with law.

Activist, Student Leader and Sindhi Poet Ghani Aman Chandio has been abducted from Memona Hospital Karachi while a family member was getting treated there. As per Sindhu Aman, Ghani's sister, the abductors took away the phones of all family members, CCTV of the Hospital and also assaulted Ghani during abduction. Ghani is known for resistance and being vocal against the establishment. This is not the first time he is facing persecution for his views. In December 2023 he was booked in a bogus Anti Terrorism FIR with false allegations of attempting to blow transmission lines and accusing him of being member of banned SRA. On 27th October Ghani Aman was invited to Sindh University to deliver a lecture on Student politics. #ReleaseGhaniAman

This is the video of Dr. Shahnawaz (with English & Urdu Subtitles) in which he claims that he is not using the social media id which is subject of controversy and he is being accused of being a disbeliever and that he is open to investigation by the Police and FIA. Dr. Shahnawaz was accused of blasphemy and later killed in a Police encounter. The IGP Sindh has also constituted an inquiry committee to investigate the Police encounter in which Dr. Shahnawaz was killed.
