Walt Weiss indicated Sean Murphy will be his catcher for at least half of the remaining regular season games. Benefits: 1) Consistent playing time should improve Murphy's offensive production 2) Baldwin's legs can stay fresh when he spends time as the DH 3) Murphy is one of the game's best defensive catchers. The Braves are hoping this double was a sign of things to come.

Michael Harris II had reason to be even more frustrated than Ronald. Harris' 396-foot flyout had a 108.5 mph exit velo and 27 degree launch angle. 97.1% (33 of 34 of balls hit w/ combo of 109 mph/27 degrees were homers last year. 97.4% (37 of 38) w/ combo of 108/27 were HRs.

This might have been exactly what Riley needed. Turned on a 98.5 inside fastball. He then swiped second and is now just 13 away from 15. If you remember Harris is the one who predicted 20.
