I discovered Perth in August 2020 on Facebook, and somehow, I fell in love with him before I even knew his full name. I only saw his photo with the name โPS,โ but there was just something about him that made me want to know more. So I went back to the Twitter account I had created in 2016 and started searching for him. The first thing I found was @.perthppe under the name โPS,โ along with two hashtags. The funny thing is, when I searched those hashtags, I saw so many fans tweeting with ๐ค. Since I had started my fangirl life with War, I remember thinking, โWhy is everyone so quiet?โ ๐ But the longer I stayed, the more I understood. ๐ฅบ๐ค I slowly realized that KDPPEs had their own quiet way of showing love. They stayed beside P๐ค, supported him, protected him in their own ways, and kept their focus on him. There was something so warm and beautiful about that kind of love. And somewhere along the way, without even realizing it, I fell in love not only with P๐ค, but also with the name KDPPE and everything it meant to me. A year after following P๐ค, when I finally knew in my heart that I was really going to stay, I made this necklace. It wasnโt just a necklace to me. It was my little way of saying, โIโm proud to be a KDPPE.โ ๐ค And years later, the person who made that name so precious to me became the one who put this very necklace around my neck himself. ๐ฅน I donโt think Iโll ever be able to fully explain what that moment meant to me. The necklace I made because I loved himโฆ the necklace that carried the name I was so proud to call myselfโฆ was placed around my neck by P๐ค himself. It felt like a tiny piece of my fangirl journey had come full circle. ๐ฅน๐ค Years have passed since that first photo in August 2020, and somehow, my love for P๐ค has only grown deeper. There have been so many memories, so many emotions, so many days when his smile made my day better, and so many moments when simply seeing him happy was enough to make me happy too. I donโt know how long my fangirl life will last. Maybe one day life will become busier. Maybe one day I wonโt be able to follow everything the way I do now. But one thing I know for sureโ I will always be a KDPPE. Because KDPPE is more than just a fandom name to me. It carries a part of my youth, my memories, my happiness, the person I was when I first found him, the person I became while loving him, and all the love I have given to P๐ค throughout these years. I love the name KDPPE because it means P๐ค to me. And I love P๐ค more than I could ever put into words.
